SIL International: Partners in Language Development

SIL International serves people who speak minority languages by coming alongside ethnolinguistic minority communities as they build capacity to meet their own language-based development needs.

SIL workers serve as technical advisors, teachers, consultants and facilitators. Various aspects of language-based development are told through stories and photos in the SIL publication linked below.
