This book is the description of a self-effort literature production process in which mother-tongue literature is authored by local citizens. It includes rationale for training local writers, discussion about training programs, and specific information for conducting a writer training workshop. It is a practical guide for trainers who want to encourage new readers and writers to independently produce reading materials which reflect the cultural interests and desires of the community.
